Dev log #7
This week we focused on feedback from our playtest and working refining as well as polishing our game. We got invaluable feedback on our game which was taken into consideration for making improvements. Some of the key takeaways we had were that the map needed to be fixed, adding a player model and design (originally didn't have the model as there was not any trouble with the camera but then some difficulties occurred so we discussed possibly having one in if the camera could not be fixed), adding a control menu with icons, fixing the shifting, fixing the first person camera issues, and then fixing enemy placement and detection. There was a lot of positive feedback on the artstyle, appearance and aesthetic of the game which was great so we were all very happy to have that nailed down exactly how we wanted which was a great positive!. These issues were also updated to our HackNPlan as well as our already existing tasks for sprint 3 and sprint 4.
