We kept having discussions throughout the next few meetings working on fully refining our risk analysis and fully finalising our kanban board (hacknplan) with our sprints, tasks in each sprint and when we would have to complete them by. We had discussed realistic task allocation especially with UI and concept work. The concept and UI artist had decided to not overwhelm their workflow that the concept art would be the main priority than the UI next.
